At Access Denied, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible retail items. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the goods for quality assurance and issue your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
